Account Settings
The Account settings menu you can access when you open Settings menu, located on the top right side of the editor. Via Account settings, you can manage your account details - update your subdomain, email, password and edit your billing address.
To change any of your personal user settings (subdomain, email or password):
- From Account settings, click Settings.
- Write the information you want to update in the field accordingly.
- Click the Update button below the account information you want to update to save the changes.
To change your address:
- From Account settings, click Settings.
- Go to Your addresses.
- Click on Edit next to the address you want to update.
- Then fill in the information in the fields you want to change.
To delete your address:
- From Account settings, click Settings.
- Go to Your addresses.
- Select the Delete button next to the address you want to remove.
To upgrade an existing plan with Oxxy:
- Go to Settings menu and click on Site subscriptions.
- Under Package type, you will see your subscriptions.
- Below the name of each plan, apart from the yearly Premium plans, click on the Upgrade button.
- Then it will take you to the Billing page where you need to enter your billing address to continue with the payment. Click Submit
- Select the address you entered from your address listing and press Submit again
- Then, you finish with the payment process with entering the card details. Any remaining credit from your old subscription will be deducted from the amount you pay for your new plan.
Click the Pay button when you are done.
